shaking after coming out the shower

well i,ve been on the go all morning. baking cakes doing dinners. ect.... but i was shaking when i came out the shower. it lasted maybe 20 minutes.

Agree with Nicola had you eaten? and if so had you eaten enough?

Sounds like a case of a drop in blood sugar levels, you were probably a bit low on calories and combined with the heat of the shower if just cause a bit of shaking.

I wouldn't worry I get this from time to time, usually after exercise or if I've exerted myself alot, as soon as I eat it stops.
