On the left side of my tongue I have an area which is tender this morning whilst brushing my teeth I noticed the area was slightly bleeding..I have a touch of white coating on my tongue also and feel my throat is starting to feel sore too I'm terrified of what this could be and it's really getting to me all day :-(
