Hi guys, does anyone else have anxiety constantly about heart attacks, heart disease and cardiac arrest! I have had probably 4 or 5 ECG (EKG) over the past year and not one as returned anything of any concern! yet im still panicking over having some mystery heart problem! i can't get it out my head! When my heart starts beating out my chest that makes me worse! I'm out of breath from just the most simplest of tasks (although i am Morbidly Obese) but i just don't believe myself or the Dr's when im told my heart traces are AOK!
