Hi everyone
Have decided to come searching for a forum in the hope that it gives me somewhere to vent and offload to people who understand how crippling this whole thing can be, as well as hopefully provide a shoulder for others when they are struggling! I am 23, a student in healthcare and suffer with anxiety often leading to depression/panic attacks, tied in with and triggered by claustrophobia and 'control' issues. I have also had issues with self harming in the past and whilst it's been a long time I have constant thoughts of it at times.
It's really hard to write all this, I'm not very good at talking about my problems!
