Hot and cold in certain parts of body Tingling in head

Does anyone get it where suddenly 1 part of your body goes really hot or cold? I had it the other day where I was just sat watching tv and my right leg randomly went really hot! And I've had it in 1 of my arms aswell before it's a really weird feeling. Also I have it where as I'm falling to sleep my head gets really tingly and it's horrible! Doe anyone have this either?

Yes I'm actually experiencing it at the moment, it's very scary as I am now getting hot flushes too... I'm not menopausal.... This Anxiety is having a bad effect on my body!!

I get pins and needles in the head when I'm tired as a symptom of my anxiety, it's normally one of the tell tell signs I know my anxiety is getting worse

Thanks for the replies guys means a lot and makes me feel better that I'm not the only person with this and I always get hot flushes it's horrible x
