Hello everyone!
I am Dan, I am a 29 year old teacher from the Midlands and have been suffering on and off with anxiety/health anxiety for 10-12 years.
I am really pleased to have stumbled across these boards, and hopefully it will help me as I am beginning therapy very soon.
I only wish I had found this place sooner!
