I'm 19 and suffered from anxiety most of my teenage life and am looking for new coping strategies.

Past couple of years Its been alcohol helping me deal with things.

Click on your name on the top right corner of the page where it will say welcome cookson in bold You will be able to edit it from there if you click on the pencil next to your info.

Lots of information on the left hand side of the site that might be of use. Have you spoken to your GP? I don't think alcohol is the way forward though
