Hi everyone,
New to online posting so thought it would be good to give it a try.
History:- OCD for 20 years or so (i'm now 37).
Anxiety and panic have become more frequent as the years have gone on. Mixed periods of self harm with increased suicidal thoughts.
I am taking 60mg daily Fluoxetine with the occasional prescription for Diazepam, however I am more and more irrational and hyper reactive (not good for my wife and work !). The brain is a pain in the arse and I could do with some perspective from other people who may experience similar thoughts and feelings.
I am currently seeing a therapist with mixed results but I guess it may have to get worse before it gets better.
Hope to get to know some of you and share some insight.
