Hi there I'm new . I've been looking on here for a while but now decided to join :)
Anyway I'm Kathy from Suffolk I'm 45 married with 2 children .
One boy 17 and another 10 ( the 10 year old has autism).

I have struggled for years with panic attacks with I'm not to bad now but suffer very bad anxiety also health anxiety . I had cbt earlier this year and was great but I've got to go bad as not doing very well again :weep:
I also have OCD and ibs .

Got reading this makes you feel alful lol looking forward for you to help me :)

Hi Kathy

I thought I was reading about myself when I read your post. I too am 45, married with two children. My eldest is autistic. The only difference is that I haven't been brave enough to introduce myself yet!

I too suffer from health anxiety which is just awful. Up until a year ago I was very confident, outgoing and strong. Just feel like an awful wreck most of the time now - although apparently I hide it well.

Would love to chat to you. This site is amazing and helps me at my worst.
