well don,t realy know what to say realy. because can,t realy explain how i,ve felt but i know i aint felt right! and feeling very slightly nausses and my stomache & head aint felt right either. don,t realy know how to put things. thanks for listning anyway. xxx

I think there are lots of horrid bugs about at the moment, so maybe it's that. Trouble is people like us find it really difficult to accept the simple explanation. I feel like you at the moment, a general feeling of malaise, but don't know if it's a bug, my anxiety or something else. Needless to say, the mind has gone into hyperdrive! If I have, for example, a cold, I can accept that, but if it's a bit vague I find it difficult to cope and then worry obsessively. Hope you feel better soon. X
