today & teatime i,ve felt like i,ve had to keep taking big deep hard breaths. because i,ve felt like i can,t breath. it realy scares me.

Hi Fruity

I get this a lot, a very lot! I feel the same way as you.......can't get enough air, can't take a deep breath. It is tension in the chest muscles which causes it. You will always get enough breath although it doesn't feel like it.
