Will propranolol help my head rushes?

During my current bout of anxiety and panic I have been very very dizzy and have horrible head rushes! It's hard to explain but it feels like its coming from deep inside my head and its like a rumbling, vibrating rushing feeling like an adrenaline rush but in my head its horrible.
Will propranolol help this?

I can't see it helping with that to be honest but others may say differently

I'm on propranolol, I was put on it and I use it for the physical symptoms of panic.

It really helps with things like the pounding, fast heartbeat and the breathlessness, not sure that it would help with your head rushes though as, fortunately, never had that symptom :)
