Stiff neck and shoulders and tingling

I have always suffered with back and neck problems. Very stiff, bad posture etc

Now I am noticing that I often get a cold/tingling feeling in the back of my neck.

Do you think its related to the stiffness?

I am the same but get tingling in my left shoulder blade. I'm putting this down to bad posture to be honest.

All sounds like trapped nerves to me x

Hypo: it didn't worry me until I started to get other feeling etc. Now I'm convinced I have MND
