Anxiety induced stomach ache?

Yesterday I ate a cheese toasted sandwich, I eat them a lot so its not usually a problem. But after eating it yesterday I started getting a stomach ache, I used the toilet and ended up with abdominal pains. I was anxious for a lot of the night and I woke up pretty anxious this morning too.
Does anyone have trouble eating again after these stomach aches? like you're too scared to eat?

Yeah I get that all the time, then your too scared to eat in case the pains get worse or come back. Could be trapped wind or just an upset stomach. You can get an upset stomach without any reason. Hope your feeling better soon ��
