hello - i've been reading the site for a while, finally decided to join. i'm 33 and was diagnosed with depression and anxiety early this year. it was more of an 'aaaaahh' moment as i've been feeling like this for a few years although the anxiety got worse and was having an impact on my work. I currently live in Dubai, so helps to have so much sun, when i was living in Scotland the dark winter days were having a negative impact
