Hello to you all,
I'm currently going through anxiety and panic attacks, I lost a very close friend to me recently it's brought everything back to me.. I've always been a sufferer but learnt to control it somehow. .. its nice to of found a site where everybody understands. . I'm 31, f,uk..sufferer of depression, anxiety and attacks.. looking forward to hearing from you xxxx:)
