I googled Paul McKenna, I came across his 'training' site. There is a free trance programme on there. You can practice this whilst sitting at the computer. I felt very relaxed afterwards. It is worth a try.

Hi Chris, I went to a Paul McKenna Seminar. He was brilliant and he works in a CBT kinda way. However my psychotherapist hasn't got a good word to say about him. I listen to his cd's, his voice is sooooo sexy. ooops

Just a silly question, Has anyone listened to the trance yet?
If so, has it helped any? I feel afraid to listen to it, incase it does me any harm.
