Hi my name is bern and from Herts In the uk.. I suffered quite severely with panic And anxiety 10 years ago which lasted for two years.. I completely recovered for 8 years but suffered a relapse just b4 Xmas..

My anxiety and panic varies and consists of

Intrusive thoughts
Heightened anxiety
Fear of fear
Enclosed
Irrational thinking
Racing thoughts
Negative thinking
Magnified aliments
Racing heart/pulse
Head aches
Exhaustion
Paranoid
Think I'm
Dying
Agnophobi
Sleep disorder


Anyway just a few issues to start with
