So I have a doctors appt today about my neck pain - i might need to re-arrange it until friday because ive just found out there is no office cover when i leave.

what should i do in this consultation whenever it may be?

push them to send me for mri? or let the doctor be in control of the next steps?

im worried im delaying finding out i have late stage cancer.

Personally, I would try and trust them. However this may not be the popular view.

If you were in late stage cancer I suspect that you would not feel terribly well.

Personally I would be completely honest with them about your symptoms.
