Can You Get An Electric Shock From Screws In A Lightswitch?

I just touched the screws on my Lightswitch and they felt weird like they were vibrating. I'm now worried it was an electric shock because I think they hurt. Could this start a Epileptic Seizure or a Heart Attack in me?
