Sinbad is my real nick name, I have a small boat in Scarborough that I cam on and renovating.
I'm having major problems logginginto the chat room, so I'm hoping using this forum, will help get me back.
No matter your mental healt difficulties, keep trying to become you.
Its okay to slip and slide, and have a bad periods of difficulties, its how we learn to cope better, that is the key.
