do swollen glands hurt seem to be up in my neck and groin has swollen lump
last blood count said white cells were 12900 is that bad?
also feel sick all the time. Is this something really bad

I can't give you an answer as I've never experienced what you described. Maybe an appointment with your GP will get you the answers

I don't know about your blood count but the other things sound as if they could be mumps.

Sounds like you have an infection that your body is trying to fight off. Most likely a virus or something like mono.
