Melanoma

I post too much on here. I had this gray spot on my pinky toe ( like inbetween) since I was probably 10 or 11 ( I am 16 now) I hadn't checked it for a while. Now it isn't gray but it's more like a light brown. It has not grown in size. Could this be melanoma? Or a regular child birth mark that just changes color as you get older? Again, I'm too scared to go to the doctor because I am 100% sure I will come out with bad news.

I have had a birth mark since birth which has changed in shape and size, wen i became a HA I panicked and went to the doctor, she said it was nothing. Just to let you know a birth mark u have had since u wer little is bound to change in shape and size because your growing.
