Hello everyone,

Ok so my anxiety levels have been high recently, very high! I've been having lots of symptoms I think but because they feel different every time a new wave of anxiety appears I just don't know!
I have sharp, cold shooting pains in my head.
Twitching in my face, my eyes specifically the right one, my arms and legs.
Restlessness.
Tiredness.
Tenseness, almost like my body will stop working, my hands sometimes get so tense they freeze up and I can't move them for a few seconds.
Sometimes it feels like my head is empty, like half my brain is gone.
Blurred vision.
Hot patches and hot flushes.
Difficulty breathing or feelin like I can't breathe.
Neck pain.
Startle easily.
Nausea
Shaky.
Tingling all over my body.

These are all I can think of for now!
If you have taken the time to ready boring long post I thank you very much! Do you think all of these symptoms are anxiety. I worry a lot about my health all the time in fact but its never felt as bad as this before!

Yeah i can safly say that ive had all these.
I go the docs, checked out, nothing wrong to cause them so i accept it.
I was fine when i woke up this morning, been anxious about the amount of pain relief ive taken for dental work and im shakey and abit foggy headed, also getting a tight chest. Not worrying as much as my chest xray in July came back fine, and lungs are clear x

I'd say they all relate to anxiety. Sometimes there is something lee going on, vitamin deficiency, thyroid ect its wise o check out but I bet it comes back clear

Hi Sparkle_1979,

Thanks for your reply, actually I have thyroid issues at the moment my actual thyroid is ok but I have very high levels of thyroid something I'm not quite sure what but I have been referred to a specialist in December!

Anxiety can cause all those things. If you're visiting with a p-doc or a doc mention them and how frequently you get them, and at what times of the day during what activities. they can help narrow that down and more than likely it's anxiety related to something else that's sparking it.
