chest pains

i get mild chest pains in my left breast these pains worry me alot. i am a very active person playing football and basketball and karate. i have been to my gp he says i am fine and its muscular but i do not fully agree i am thinking about going to casualty before i drop dead i am a 23 yr old male and have experienced these pains for 2 yrs

The problem is we tend to not trust the doctors. If your GP says you're fine and it's muscular, then you ARE fine and it IS muscular. Getting more and more test will only make you more anxious.
Think about it, if something were wrong with you chest or heart, don't you think you would have become a lot worse after two years?
Do some relaxation and some gentle excercise, and I am sure it will go away.
