Hi all.....
New here and just wanted to introduce myself...
Been here before about 4 years ago but managed to get myself "better" lol! For a few years anyhow! But hey its managed to get me again.
Have anxiety/depression and its followed me around pretty much for 18 years now so i suppose im a bit of an expert! lol....Found this place dead helpful in the past so im back! Im also on the facebook page too.
Hoping everyones as well as can be, met some fab people last time around and hopefully will this time too, problem shared ans all that!
