I am a 28 y/o old guy from surrey. I have had depression and anxiety for 7 years (diagnosed), I am currently out of work having experienced a bad year and looking to get my life back on track.

It's awful you've suffered for so long. Do you know what could be the root cause of your anxiety, and what treatments/therapies have you tried so far?
