Ok so today i have takeb my lil girl to school sat had breakfast and then started to clean up i scrubbed downstairs and then at half 2 i ran upstairs grabbed a quick shower and webt to get my little girl from school. I then visited my mum and thats when it hit bang out of the blue:
Head and body felt almost paralysed
Chest tightened
Felt like my heart had stopped
And whole body generaly weird.
After a min or two i started to feel normaul again but as its still on my mind my heart is going mad and skipping beats.
I was so scared.
I have had panic and health anxiety for about 6 years but wow this has hit a whole new level and now im worried!
Help
