Hi there I have had GAD for ever,I have retrained myself to eat at least one big hot meal a day whilst feeling nauseous(every day)and sleep is good 6 hours a night,I am constantly light headed ,ringing in my ears,and tummy turns over on a regular basis,(24/7)but still go out to the shops,Tesco's etc.
earlier this year July to August I had two months when it all went, but due to my wife not being well it has returned,I have been on Sertraline and other medication for 10 years,but have decided to stop now,with the doctors knowledge,and cut down gradually as I firmly believe that there is no magic cure,I just take my anxiety with me now,not very nice but that's the way it is:) have a good day my friends
