Hello everyone,
Just to introduce myself....
I have been suffering very badly from anxiety for the last year and have tried to address this with various medications and therapies. Unfortunately, at the moment none of these seem to be working
I hope by joining this forum, I might get support and understanding from other sufferers.
I have an amazing support network but as wonderful as they are, they just don't seem to fully understand.
