Hi all. My name is Chris. Ive suffered from real bad anxiety/panic attacks for about 20 years. They are currently so bad that i do not leave the house. Im new to tdont know how it all works so please have a little patience! im glad i came across this site as i dont have much interaction with people. At last a place where i can meet people who understand what im going through. thanks for reading this.

Hey there Chris - I'm new here too so you're not alone today :)

I've just started suffering - I've always been too busy 'coping' in the past for any of this anxiety stuff and ... well, it's finally caught up with me.
