tensin headache symptoms?

hi all- i suffer from bad tension headaches and have done for nearly a year now, they can disappear only to return and take weeks sometimes to go away.....i was wondering if anyone else experiences these symptoms when they have the headaches- squeezing feelings in the head-like someone is squashing my head, clicking sounds!?!, vision blurry and at times struggle to focus, and a feeling like someone is standing on my head pushing me down........all these i am experiencing at the minute- all not nice and im waiting for them to go........just wondered if anyone else as similar symptoms?

i have that its usually the start of a migraine
i put forehead on and an icepack it releives it a bit i also lie in a dark room

yes I have similar symptoms and also this ache and pains in my neck and shoulders.It feels like my head is to heavy for my shoulders sometimes.:(

Hi,
I've sufered from these horible heads for over a year. Really narsty, very common. They have now been replaced with eptopic beats. I don't know which was worse.

They will go eventually. Mine did. I also had lots of sharp shooting pains too. I lived on pain killiers which really didn't help much. I haven't had to take a pain killier for at least six months now...
