Helo to all im a new member Ive learned a few things about this condition and hope I can share these with you all
Some good news, well theres no point being miserable

Since they started and about the 10th time I realised they accour as cycles (no not bikes) Ie places and what happened last time, not just me others as well Well this time my panic attack got attacked back
and I won !!!
this is what happened, a panic attack ocoured I realised shallow breathing slightly dizzy heart raceing nervous so insted if breathing
into a bag ( and they are everywhere in my house just in case)
I went to bed hid under the covers and pillows and breathed that warm air instead and after a few minutes fell asleep woke up 2 hours later
to a nice peace well you know these things occour in cycles
next day around the same time same a panic attack but this time
no nerves no wobblies just a peacefull feelling heart beat going high breathing from my tummy good breaths and after a few minutes stopped !!! I thought ! Hmmm !!! yes smiles this time I got you instead
hopes this can help keith I beleive that because in the previous
panic attack I actually fell asleep this affects the next one and the next
well this gave me more peace as they occoured
could I be wrong ? it seemed to work ?
