Arm cramp/ache super worried :(

For the last 4 hours my arm has been really hurting. It feels like a cramp that comes from my bicep down to my knuckles.

These last few days I seem to be suffering from tension, especially in my neck. I sit on my computer way too long for one.

I'm not sure why my arm hurts and i'm really worried.
Is it normal? has it happened to others? will it go away?
Help, I can't sleep :(

Channie you've probably answered your own question - computer time. That and the fact you could have laid on it funny, strained it without realising etc.

Make an appointment with your doctor if it continues. And, if you're not being treated, talk about your fears? Try rest, take your mind off worrying if you can - watch tv, read, listen to music
