I'm 25 been on Seroxat for a week now but struggling to sleep properly, often lay there dreading going to bed because I know I won't sleep well even though I'm exhausted. Can anyone recommend a good sleep aid that's safe to mix with Seroxat?

Thanks

Unfortunately I have no idea as I sleep great (too much really).
I have suggested to a friend with sleep issues to maybe try an anti-histamine an hour or so before bed, these made me exhausted when I started them so I had to switch to the non-drowsy.

hi there this is my second time on seroxat im on 30mg about 5 weeks now .up until December I was on it for 13 years .my sleep isn't good atall I was given sleeping tabs but I checked with him if I could take nytol one a night and she said that's fine ,they do make you a bit drowsy the next day but I get a better sleep with them than sleeping tabs

Thanks guys, will try a Nytol tonight, feeling a bit spaced out today, like I'm in a dream world, 8 days in, hopefully this will fade
