so today i had my assesment over the phone and was told im suffering anxiety moderate to severe with maybe mild to moderate deppresion . Felt brilliant explaining exactly what's going on to someone that actually gets it . She recommended cbt and that starts next week so i felt really positive about that .
then my son comes home from school and says a boy that was at his party last night was sick in school today in the playground quite near him , the school quickly moved the kids to the other playground as they have a child there that must not vomit or they will be extremely ill . IM hoping their quick actions will have prevented my son catching it and passing it to us ( my anxiety us based around sick bugs) . From what he was saying he held his nose so he couldn't smell it not a good sign suggests to me he was quite near his friend . Anxiety is going mad . That's todays negative
