Really Bad Neck Pain and Nausea scared

Hi there I have a really sore neck and I feel very nauseated. These are the only 2 symptoms I have but is this anything to worry about. I do not want to google incase I find out something I dont like...I have been on the computer for ages and I did eat a lot of fatty food so I am trying to think if the two are unrelated. But I am anxious thinking about all sorts of things like brain haemorrage, stroke meningitis etc

I too have had this lately - extremely sore neck, the worst head aches if ever had - that were making me feel sick.. I went to the doctors as I was so worried and they told me I had a virus and that it would work through my system on its own.
Take my advice and DO NOT google it lol! I do and I think I'm suffering from every illness known to man - and make myself worse! Looking at a computer probably hasn't helped t.. Try to rest your neck and take regular paracetamol and ibroprofen.. Muscle gel helps the neck pain too! Hope this helps you :) Emma xxx

Also - I always find the more I panic and worry - the worse it gets! Catch 22!!
