Numbness/Weird feeling in arm

I keep getting what feels like numbness or a weird pressure sensation on the inside of my arm where you bend it, where the main vein is for taking out blood.
I hope this isn't heart related?

I had this to I went to see my gp as it was there most of the time, he reassured me it was my anxiety i stopped focusing on it and it eventually went, if your worried go see your gp but im sure it be nothing to worry about :)

Also feels numby in my left bicep too!

I no its easy for me to say but try not to worry about it, the more you do the more you will be aware of it, anxiety can cause alsorts of weird symptoms try and focus on something else its hard but you can do it :D

Okay :) I don't get it all the time.. only now and then maybe.. once a week or a lot less frequent, but when it happens all of a sudden out of the blue when I'm sat at the computer it's scary
