blood in spit

does anyone else have blood in their spit first thing in a morning? I have been to the dentist this week and she said my teeth and gums are fine, and I had an endoscopy a few months ago for the lump/globus feeling in my throat, which was clear too. any ideas?

Did the dentist mention gum disease? Or perhaps grinding your teeth at night?

Do you have a cold? Stuffy nose?

How much blood are we talking here? Is it before or after brushing your teeth?
