Hi there,
Thanks to google, and some guy named Mike who posts here, I've been browsing around the forum this morning and can see it's a very supportive community. I have some major health anxiety at times in my life but a lot since I turned 40. I don't really think it has anything to do with this milestone though. Simply, I stress over symptoms... all the time! It's too the point now where I have come to ask my doc to put me on a small dose of something and have been taking .5mg of Cipralex for about a week now. My most recent stress/panic is a result of PVC's which annoy, stress and confuse me all at the same time. Oddly enough, I am a calm person, a licensed social worker in fact. I hopes to be able to gain some insight and calm from some other people going through this and other forms of anxiety/stress. I hope I can maybe, in turn, give some of the same to others.
