Even while not under attack from panic or worrying, can the past of living with panic and being so strung up cause random body pains later on - even when you're NOT having anxiety?

Just curious. I got a doctor visit on Thursday to deal with my chest, back, and shoulder blade pains. Got knots on my chest and I'm thinking they're trigger points due to Costochondritis. I'll leave that up to the doc. But just wondering if anybody else gets these or has these weird knots and pains.

Years ago, when I had chronic panic attacks, I was both exhausted and aching. I hardly ate so headaches were usual, tension (I guess) in my neck didn't help. I think that's when I started grinding my teeth when asleep (still do a little now and then) and a lot of the time I just felt crap. Rapid weight loss left me weak and tired.

Of course back then the aches and pains added to the anxiety. It's a vicious circle. That's my take on it Jared :)
