Hello. My name is Betty.
I have previously suffered from anxiety, which I was on medication for.
My anxiety has returned and I am finding it difficult to cope with. The worst thing is, I cant talk to my family about it asI have it in my head that it will get worse if I tell them about it. I have come on here as I know that there are people here who are going through similar experiences. Thank you for letting me share on your group.
