The last few days my anxiety as been through the roof and i just can not shake it off, i don't know why really i dont, in my last post my eating hasn't been great but i usually can shake it off! i have no idea what to do, i've never been depressed but its getting me down really bad!!!! i need help please! how can i stop this anxiety even if just for a day just to give me a breather!
