palps

hi

today keep getting this squeezing sensation then heart goes beat
beat..pause beat beat pause and the pause is when it makes a squeezing sensation like intergestion feeling.

All started while i was having a interview and it has not let up since.

does anybody else get this really getting myself into a state.

I get this too. Mine has been really bad lately, to the point where i am getting really worried. I keep telling myself that this is anxiety and it probably is but I am overly focused right now. Good luck.
