Vaginal bleeding

Am worried. Have had a bowel movement this evening and found bright pink blood on the tissue when I wiped. I don't know if it was from my vagina, my rear or my perineum. It didn't seem to be coming out of my vagina but I'm worried. I'm half way through my menstrual cycle so it's not my period.

Am scared it's ovarian or cervical cancer.

I've bled after a bowl movement before also bleeding between period doesn't mean cancer, keep a check and if it happens again pop in and ask doctor x
