dont no if im doin this right but ive suffered from panic attacks 4 years ..i mainly get um after bein drunk da night b4 sumtimes i ave them 4 dayz all day long n im alwayz on edge..it affects my wrk and my family coz they see me so upset n i get very aggravatied wiv myself aswell feel like im goin crazy most da time but theres nothin i can do only sit it out n believe me its da hardest thing i ave eva had 2 cope wiv..the only way i can stop these is not 2 drink but im only young n like 2 ave fun goin out n dat n once ive add one drink they just flow in n i really regret it da next few dayz..im on medication 2 help me wiv everyday life paroxetine but im dependent on them now n im only 27 been on them 4 5 years now..sumtimes i feel so weak in my limbs but my head is doin ova time worring my self ill..any advice out there.x.x..
