Hi,

Was on sick leave for most of this year due to work related stress caused by bullying and over work. In July I resigned even though I had no job to go as the situation was so awful, I could not carry on. In September I started a new job- it was 4 days a week which was good as I am still recovering. However, the project I am working on, although technically undemanding is having to be completed very rapidly. As a consequence I have been asked to work 5 days a week rather than 4 and I am starting to struggle a bit. Additionally I have been advised that I have a case against previous employer for constructive dismissal but am having to move very quickly as close to the 3 month deadline. Thinking about my old job has been upsetting.

I am starting to feel stressed and my mood is starting to wobble. Would really appreciate any thoughts/ wisdom.
