Right sided chest pain

I'm fed up of feeling anxious it's ruining my life. I am now getting twinges in the right side of my chest, lasting about 1 second-2 seconds, then going, my breast also feels tender to the touch but I am so scared its my heart. I want these heart fears to go, pleases can someone help me to try and get control of my anxiety, know you are all suffering but I would appreciate you sharing with me how you cope. Thanks in advance x

Hi, I also gave heart fears. The only way I'm getting on with it this time. I am so afraid but I'm determined to go forward. Try and distract yourself. I wish there was a centre for us all to go to for support.
