Surely any sharp food has got a hell of a lot of 'stuff' to get past before it would get to your stomach - if it's made it as far as your stomach without damaging anything then your stomach's digestive 'juices' are going to do a pretty good job of dissolving whatever it is. I'm assuming you're worried about sharp food/bones rather than that you've been swallowing knives...!!!
