I'm getting impatient :unsure:
I'm signed off work till next wed so was hoping ild feel more like myself by then. I think the worst thing I am doing is having an afternoon nap cos I wake up feeling crap rather than refreshed. I felt pretty normal yesterday but today feel on edge again. Day 9 on the upped dose of 40mg. I know from reading its still early days but when u have one good day followed by a bad one it feels like 5 steps forward and 10 back. I have a telephone counselling appt in morn. My first assessment. God I just want to feel better!!!!!
